At BTO Sports, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unused items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your BTO Sports account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags and labels are attached to prevent any processing delays.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
